CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention, we kindly request that all appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. No call or no show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Deposits are nonrefundable unless I request a schedule change. If you anticipate being late, please call 202-643-1894 to notify me.
